About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking a Service Director to lead its service team in Biloxi, Mississippi. The company is a large Freightliner and Western Star heavy truck dealership in the Southeast and is continuing to grow its facilities and services. The role calls for a self-starter and quick learner with strong customer communication skills who can help deliver a high level of service to current and prospective customers.

The position is full-time, management-level, and on the day shift. Travel is negligible. Compensation includes salary plus commission and exceptional incentives. The successful candidate must pass pre-employment screenings, including a background check, MVR review, and drug test after accepting an offer. Requirements

• At least 2–5 years of experience in management and automotive and/or heavy truck service.
• Retail experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to motivate and influence others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and other web-based programs.
• Professionalism and follow-through.
• Energetic, motivated, organized, and hardworking.

• College graduate preferred; work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
