Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred, or equivalent business development experience with a healthcare focus
Minimum 1 year of sales or development experience in the healthcare and/or medical industry

Responsibilities

Implementing strategic business and marketing plans within your assigned territory.
Collecting valuable information from referring professionals and facilities.
Engaging directly with potential patients through pre-admission screenings.
Acting as a vital liaison, facilitating the flow of information between patients and the hospital's intake department to assess admission eligibility.
Assisting patients and families in exploring care alternatives.
Effectively communicating results and recommendations to ensure adherence to company policies.
Providing consultative and educational resources to promote mental health prevention awareness.
Building strong relationships with community resources and networks to enhance the quality of life for mental health patients and ensure a seamless continuum of care.
