Requirements

Technically adept
Technologically fluent
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining appointment schedules
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred

Responsibilities

Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.
Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services and needs of the dealerships.
Answer all incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction.
Setting service appointments using the company’s electronic scheduling system
Work cooperatively with the service and other internal teams.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure smooth scheduling process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars
Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding appointment inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any scheduling conflicts
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
