About The Position

AutoFair Hyundai is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join their team. This role requires evening and weekend shifts and offers a salary of $50-60k per year. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers and possesses strong phone and email skills.

Requirements

• At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Minimum of one-year dealership experience

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and assist in setting appointments
• Greet opportunities with an energetic and positive attitude
• Provide customers with the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
• Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
