This role is responsible for managing service appointment scheduling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the service team with communication and organization. Requirements

Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including: Background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, Drug screening
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish required)
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software.
Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments through phone, email, and text.
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business.
Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable.
Process payments for service contracts as needed.
Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
