About The Position

BBH is seeking sharp minds and bold thinkers for its 10-week internship program, designed to provide real-world operations, transformation, and technology experience in global banking. The program immerses interns in BBH's culture and business needs, offering hands-on projects within the Investor Services Service Delivery division, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional development through workshops and networking events. Interns will work in a collaborative environment, with a daily on-site presence to foster professional growth and cultural immersion. The program also includes opportunities for community involvement through the BBHcares philanthropic program. Service Delivery is the operational engine of BBH, providing a unique perspective on how the firm delivers service excellence globally. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about learning various aspects of the banking business, leading transformation, leveraging data and technology, and driving business outcomes.

Requirements

Current junior in college, entering senior year in Fall 2027, with a background in and passion for Business, Innovation and Design, or Project Management.
Strong academic achievement as evidenced by a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
Demonstrated leadership skills through academic and extracurricular activities.
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal; ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, both independently and as part of a team.
Sound judgment and demonstrated ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to analyze business processes to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Experience or interest in working with large quantities of information for analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - comfortable using common formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF), building basic charts, and creating/manipulating pivot tables for simple analysis.
Passion and intellectual curiosity for learning, and the use of generative AI tools.
