About The Position

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Developmental Services team, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. If you’re someone who enjoys helping people navigate systems, building relationships, and making sense of complex situations, this could be the role you’ve been looking for. You’ll help people live full, meaningful lives in their communities—connecting them with services, advocating for their needs, and celebrating their successes along the way. You’ll work as part of a supportive, collaborative team that values questions, learning, and shared problem-solving. Extensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Many successful Service Coordinators come from education, human services, healthcare, administration, customer service, or nonprofit work. We’ll teach you the systems—you bring curiosity, compassion, and organization. This is engaging, varied work that blends relationship-building, coordination, creative problem-solving, and thoughtful documentation.

Strong organization, communication, empathy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Curious, compassionate, and willing to learn

Nice To Haves

Related experience in human services, education, healthcare, social services, or a helping profession is helpful—but direct experience in developmental services is not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute

Responsibilities

Support people in building their lives by connecting them to community resources, services, and opportunities
Be a steady presence—listening, problem-solving, mediating, and helping navigate challenges
Coordinate and monitor support to ensure plans remain effective, respectful, and person-centered
Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners
