About The Position

Nations Roof, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, communication, collections follow-up, and high-volume invoicing support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of office/administrative experience
  • Strong background in customer service, collections, communication, and invoicing support
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial construction, roofing, HVAC, manufacturing, or similar industry preferred
  • Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Manage customer setup, service coordination, and ongoing communication
  • Support collections efforts, including tracking, follow-up, and maintaining customer relationships
  • Assist with high-volume invoicing, including PO matching and documentation accuracy
  • Coordinate service jobs and ensure accurate records
  • Maintain data in Salesforce and internal systems
  • Perform light AR/AP data entry, as needed.
  • Assist with reporting and general office functions
