About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and leadership-minded Office Assistant / Curriculum Coordinator to join our busy preschool team full-time! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves working with children, supporting teachers, building relationships with families, and helping create an exceptional preschool experience every day.

Requirements

  • Director’s Credential (required)
  • Staff Credential (required)
  • Completed 45 Hours through DCF (required)
  • Experience working in a preschool office and classroom setting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Leadership abilities and a team-player attitude
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • A passion for early childhood education

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist families professionally and warmly
  • Take messages and respond to parent inquiries
  • Support the enrollment and registration process
  • Maintain student and office paperwork/files
  • Assist with daily clerical and administrative duties
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day school operations
  • Support teachers with curriculum preparation and classroom needs
  • Assist with ordering classroom and curriculum supplies
  • Help maintain organized learning materials
  • Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and classroom flow
  • Promote a positive, engaging learning environment for children
