About The Position

Ron Tonkin Toyota is hiring an entry-level Service Concierge in the Portland metro area. The role supports the customer experience at a busy dealership, serving service guests and assisting Service Advisors in a state-of-the-art facility. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers with check-ins.
• Stage vehicles in the service repair area.
• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist Service Advisors with booking repair orders and following up with customers.
• Walk customers to their vehicles and perform ancillary duties associated with service writing.
• Perform other duties that arise in the service department.
