About The Position

Ron Tonkin Toyota is hiring an entry-level Service Concierge in the Portland metro area. The role supports service customers and Service Advisors in a fast-paced dealership and state-of-the-art facility. It offers an opportunity to develop customer-service skills and pursue career growth in sales, service, or management, with Toyota training programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers with check-ins.
• Stage vehicles in the service repair area.
• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist Service Advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and other duties associated with service writing.
• Perform other duties that may arise in the service department.
