About The Position

Sapp Bros is looking for an experienced Service Center Coordinator to join our team. This position will work with Service Centers throughout the territory, helping develop Shop Managers, support our teams, improve operations, and provide a consistent customer experience across our locations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced service industry leader who enjoys being out in the field, working with people, solving problems, and making a difference across multiple locations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of industry-related experience
• 3+ years of upper management experience
• Leadership experience in the service, diesel, automotive, transportation, or related industry
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel 50%, including local and overnight travel

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Diesel Technology or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
