Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service, cashiering, or front-desk experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming service experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general service-related questions.
- Process payments accurately for completed repair and maintenance services.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Provide invoices and explain charges when needed.
- Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare end-of-day reports.
- Keep the cashier workstation clean, organized, and professional.
- Assist the service team with administrative and clerical support as needed.
