Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative team approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Professional, well-groomed appearance.
Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote Starling Chevrolet’s service offerings.
Generate and qualify leads to maximize service department opportunities and revenue.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely follow-up.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Identify trends and customer feedback to provide insights for service improvements.
