About The Position

Priority Honda Roanoke is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join their growing team. As part of Lithia & Driveway, the largest automotive retailer in North America, this role offers stability, growth, and career advancement in the automotive industry. The representative will be the voice of the dealership, handling customer interactions to schedule service appointments and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Customer-service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mentality
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and service recommendations
  • Confirm appointments and ensure accurate customer information
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to arrival
  • Work closely with the service advisors and management team to drive service traffic
