Requirements

• Strong communication and computer skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Team player with a professional appearance
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, past-due services, and declined work
• Handle customer payments and repair orders
• Manage the loaner vehicle fleet
• Answer incoming calls, direct customers, and ensure timely follow-up
• Support managers with clerical duties and customer assistance
