About The Position

Honda of Princeton is seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Representative who understands the importance of vehicle acquisition in today's automotive market. This role is crucial for driving vehicle acquisition efforts, securing quality pre-owned inventory directly from customers, and generating showroom traffic. The ideal candidate will be competitive, goal-driven, and possess strong skills in identifying opportunities, engaging customers, and converting conversations into appointments and inventory.

Requirements

• Proven automotive BDC or sales experience (required)
• Strong vehicle acquisition background — ability to identify, target, and convert appraisal opportunities
• Confidence in discussing trade values, equity positions, and upgrade opportunities
• High-volume outbound call experience — ability to dial with purpose and drive results
• Strong CRM discipline and follow-up execution
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clear driving history

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage inbound & outbound opportunities
• Proactively source vehicles through service drives, equity mining, lease maturities, and orphan owner follow-up
• Set high-quality appointments focused on both sales and acquisition opportunities
• Support appraisal process and help position deals for maximum value
• Convert conversations into appointments, appraisals, and purchased vehicles
• Partner with sales and management to maintain strong inventory flow
