About The Position

Honda of Princeton is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Valet to be the first point of contact for our service customers. If you enjoy working with vehicles and delivering excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to join our team.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Qualified candidates must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a clear driving history and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner
• Install protective seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document any pre-existing damage
• Track and manage keys securely and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized service lane and lot
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and direct them to service advisors
