As a Service BDC Representative you are responsible for making service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience.   • Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee incoming leads for service department
  • Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
  • Maintain high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
