About The Position
Subaru South Charlotte is hiring a Service BDC Representative to support their high-volume service department. This role focuses on inbound/outbound communication, appointment scheduling, and driving customer retention. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up on missed appointments, declined services, maintenance intervals, and recalls
- Re-engage inactive customers to drive retention
- Document activity in CRM/DMS (CDK preferred)
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for a smooth experience
