We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department. The Service BDC Representative plays a critical role in driving service department performance by managing customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and supporting customer retention efforts. This role serves as a key link between our customers and service team, helping ensure a positive and efficient service experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive, energetic, and customer-first attitude
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
- Pre-employment drug screening is required
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, text, and CRM systems to schedule service appointments
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries
- Follow up on declined service recommendations and missed appointments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to optimize scheduling and customer experience
- Support service marketing initiatives, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly contact and appointment performance goals
