About The Position

Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional individual to join our Service Business Development Center. This is an excellent part time opportunity for someone seeking consistent afternoon hours in a professional work environment. Whether you have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, call centers, office administration, or are looking to build professional experience, we encourage you to apply. Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Organized and detail oriented
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to consistently work the posted schedule

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, office, or call center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule service appointments and assist customers with their service needs
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recalls, and customer follow up
• Educate customers about Pickup and Delivery and Mobile Service options
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other dealership team members
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
