About The Position

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Service BDC Representatives. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service—we can't wait to hear from you! This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $20-$25, plus a monthly bonus, with an estimated annual compensation range of $50,000.00-$65,000.00.

Requirements

• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and dependable
• Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive BDC preferred, but will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone
• Schedule service appointments
• Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
• Schedule deliveries
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and upcoming maintenance
• Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
• Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
• Other duties assigned by management team
