About The Position

The Patrick Dealer Group, one of Chicago’s largest and longest-standing automotive groups, is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to support our service departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong communication and follow-up skills to every interaction.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3+ years
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Must be at least 19 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center, appointment-setting, or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, CRM systems, and data entry

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to generate, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Reconnect with customers to reschedule missed appointments
  • Send follow-up emails and respond to website inquiries promptly
  • Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and text
