About The Position

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinators. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for customer service—we can't wait to hear from you! This role involves answering incoming calls, responding to sales calls and online inquiries, scheduling appointments, keeping daily reports organized, and following up with clients and internal team members. Assistance with other tasks as needed by management may also be required.

Requirements

Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and dependable
Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or sales role is a big plus

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and helping schedule appointments for our Sales team
Respond to sales calls and online inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Keeping daily reports organized and up to date
Following up with clients and internal team members
Assisting with other tasks as needed by management
