About The Position

Bellamy Strickland is looking for a full-time Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys helping customers. The Service BDC Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls, assisting with some inbound calls, and helping customers schedule service appointments. Daily responsibilities include calling service recall lists, declined repair opportunities, private special offer lists, and customers who may be due for routine maintenance or recommended services.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to service customers
• Answering and assisting with inbound service calls
• Scheduling service appointments
• Calling open recall lists
• Following up on declined service recommendations
• Promoting private service offers and maintenance specials
• Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up records
• Using Excel to manage and track customer lists
• Providing excellent customer service with every interaction
