Requirements

  • Excellent communication and phone skills.

  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience required.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet performance goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK and TCC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails.
  • Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work.
  • Follow up with customers due for service based on mileage, time, or manufacturer recommendations.
  • Contact customers regarding declined services and missed appointments.
  • Assist with service campaigns, customer retention efforts, and special promotions.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure customers are prepared for their visit.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM system.
  • Work closely with service advisors and management to maximize service traffic and customer retention.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and activity goals.
