Requirements

Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience required.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet performance goals.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CDK and TCC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails.
Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work.
Follow up with customers due for service based on mileage, time, or manufacturer recommendations.
Contact customers regarding declined services and missed appointments.
Assist with service campaigns, customer retention efforts, and special promotions.
Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure customers are prepared for their visit.
Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM system.
Work closely with service advisors and management to maximize service traffic and customer retention.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and activity goals.
