As a BDC Internet Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers beginning their vehicle-buying journey. You'll help answer questions, provide product information, schedule appointments, and become an expert on Chevrolet vehicles, features and technology. Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer and organizational abilities
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Professional, dependable and customer-focused
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and Saturdays
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, internet, text and live chat channels
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding vehicles, features and dealership services
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are not yet ready to purchase or who miss scheduled appointments
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Assist with vehicle acquisition efforts by responding to leads from sources such as Kelley Blue Book, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other online platforms
  • Build positive relationships with customers while delivering a professional and exceptional experience
