About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a BDC Representative at Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield. The role handles internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for the dealership's sales and service departments. It offers an opportunity to work in a growing, fast-paced automotive industry at a large, multi-state dealership group.

Requirements

Excellent computer skills.
Knowledge of a call center environment.
Ability to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
Make prospect follow-up calls, set service and sales appointments, and gauge customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer internet inquiries by email and phone.
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule customers who do not attend.
Contact customers about current marketing incentives.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Explain product performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment to prospects.
Follow up in a way that encourages customers to visit the dealership.
Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
