The Service BDC Representative will be responsible for helping customers schedule appointments for maintenance and repairs on their vehicles. This role involves responding to inbound inquiries, initiating outbound follow-ups to schedule service, explaining vehicle features and warranties, answering customer questions about service, and contacting past customers to ensure satisfaction with repairs.

Requirements

• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Helping customers schedule appointments to have maintenance/repairs completed on their vehicle.
• Responding to inbound phone and internet inquiries.
• Initiate outbound phone follow up to schedule service work for customers.
• Having knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers.
• Answer customer questions about service maintenance or repairs.
• Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles' repair work.
