Requirements
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
- Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test
- No experience is necessary. We will train you!
Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound phone and internet inquiries
- Initiate outbound phone follow up to schedule service work for customers
- Having knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers
- Answer customer questions about service maintenance or repairs
- Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles' repair work
