About The Position

This position handles routine financial transactions and assists customers with a variety of service requests. The Service Associate performs traditional teller transactions, supports customers with online and mobile banking, and provides information about the bank’s products, services, and electronic delivery channels. The role also answers phone calls, processes stop payments and check orders, and helps resolve customer questions and problems while maintaining a professional manner and protecting the confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Sales or customer service experience.
Technology proficiency.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform traditional teller transactions.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Assist customers with online and mobile banking.
