About The Position
The Optimist is hiring a Service Assistant to join their Nashville crew! The Optimist is seeking a Service Assistant to work closely with the restaurant team to help perform the steps of service, ensuring extraordinary guest experiences. He/she should be friendly and outgoing with a naturally curious personality and the ability to think critically and take cues from guests’ facial expressions and demeanor.
