About The Position

The Optimist is seeking an experienced Bartender who is passionate about creating memories and shaping guest experiences. The beverage menu features fresh, seasonal, and un-manipulated libations, with a focus on rum and gin. Bartenders work closely with staff to ensure bar product quality, understand all beverage offerings, and share cocktail inspiration and history with guests.
