About The Position

Top pay, real bonuses, and a truck in your driveway every morning — that's what this role is built around. We're paying up to $35/hr or more depending on what you bring to the table, plus bonus opportunities on top of your hourly rate. No two techs are paid the same here; your experience and skill set set your number. This is a home-based dispatch position, which means your day starts and ends at your own house — not a shop. You're handed a company vehicle, gas card, and a route, and you're on your way. No clocking in at a warehouse, no wasted windshield time getting to a yard first. Just you, your truck, and a schedule of jobs across SE Knoxville and surrounding service area. You'll spend your days running PM visits and repairs on residential and light commercial standby generators — diagnosing, fixing, and moving on to the next stop, with the independence to manage your own day in the field. If you're mechanically sharp, like solving problems instead of sitting through someone else's, and want a company that pays for performance and invests in where you can go next, this is that opportunity.
