The Maintenance Service Tech is responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of The Terrance of Hammond apartment community in Hammond, Louisiana. This safety-sensitive position involves carrying out property maintenance and providing service to residents. Requirements
- HVAC or EPA certification is required.

Responsibilities
