About The Position
Southern Industries Home Improvement is hiring motivated, high-energy Lead Generators to engage homeowners and event attendees, promote the brand, and capture leads. The role is suited to people who enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, and earning based on performance in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The company is family-owned and has completed more than 300,000 projects across five states over more than 50 years. This is a full-time position with an hourly base, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. The posting lists a salary range of $15.00–$20.00 per hour and potential annual earnings of $45,000–$55,000, with top performers able to earn up to $60,000 annually. Paid training and growth and leadership development are offered. The position is based at Southern Industries Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Requirements

- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during the listed hours.
- Comfort working in busy retail and event environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers and event attendees by starting friendly conversations and capturing leads.
- Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions.
- Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
- Represent the company professionally at stores and events.
- Focus on starting conversations and creating opportunities rather than hard selling.
