About The Position

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent its HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Toms River, Lakewood, and Brick. The role involves engaging shoppers, learning about their home comfort needs, explaining relevant services, and generating qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments. HVAC experience is not required. The position offers hourly pay of $20–$22 plus uncapped commission, with stated average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour including commission. Schedules are flexible and may be part-time or full-time. Paid training is provided, and there is an opportunity to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
