About The Position

Southern Industries Home Improvement is hiring motivated, high-energy Lead Generators to represent the company in stores and at events in Myrtle Beach. The company is family-owned and has completed more than 300,000 home-improvement projects across five states. The position is focused on engaging shoppers and event attendees, promoting brand awareness, and creating opportunities for the sales team—not hard selling. This is a full-time role with an hourly base plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. The posting lists an hourly salary range of $15–$20 and potential annual earnings of $45,000–$55,000; top performers may earn up to $60,000 annually. Paid training and growth and leadership development are offered.
