About The Position

Atkins Kroll is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Agent to join its ABP team. The role maintains the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of rental and fleet vehicles while supporting customer transportation and daily operations. It involves cleaning and detailing vehicles, transporting vehicles and customers, monitoring vehicle condition and fuel, performing light maintenance, maintaining the vehicle lot, providing customer service, and assisting with operational and administrative tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, along with customer service and communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Requirements

• Basic vehicle knowledge and willingness to perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain company presentation standards.
• Transport vehicles and customers safely as directed by management or rental staff.
• Monitor vehicle condition and fuel levels, and promptly report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with light vehicle maintenance, including replenishing fluids, checking tires, and replacing wipers.
• Maintain an organized vehicle lot and assist with fleet coordination activities.
• Support customers and visitors with professional and friendly service.
• Assist with errands, administrative support, and other operational tasks as needed.
