About The Position

Simard Automotive is seeking an experienced, leadership-minded Service Advisor to join their fast-growing, dynamic team in Alaska. This role is a launching pad for a future leader who wants to live or continue their Alaska lifestyle while helping run one of the state's top independent automotive shops. Relocation Assistance is available for In-state as well as Out-of-state Programs. Initially, the Service Advisor will master Simard's systems and culture while leading from the front, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting technicians. As the employee excels, there is clear room to grow into a leadership role, helping to run one of their locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in either an independent shop or franchise dealership
• Solid background managing parts lookups, ordering, and returns
• Proven ability to process warranties efficiently
• Strong leadership potential with prior experience managing or supporting a team
• A proactive, team-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
• A burning desire to grow into a writing leader role (Service Manager/Location Manager)
• Valid driver's license
