About The Position

Holman is hiring a Service Advisor for AutoPark Honda. The advisor supports customers throughout the vehicle service process by identifying their requests, preparing estimates and repair orders, recommending and selling maintenance and repair services, and communicating about repair progress and completion. The role also includes scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries and payments, coordinating alternate transportation, and delivering excellent customer service in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Intermediate skills in CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software.
• One year of experience working as a service advisor or express service advisor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service estimates and provide cost analyses for automotive repairs and routine maintenance.
• Sell routine maintenance, repair services, and related parts; follow up on unsold services and customer inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and collect payment for services performed.
• Estimate repair completion times and maintain communication with customers during the repair process.
• Coordinate alternate transportation, including rental car reservations and shuttle service.
• Identify customer requests and conduct complete vehicle walk-arounds.
• Present multi-point inspection results and recommend needed maintenance services and related parts.
• Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle.
• Make appropriate prospecting and follow-up contacts with vehicle owners.
• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies.
• Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
• Provide in-depth information about original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part options.
