Responsibilities
- Promptly greet customers and obtain their contact and vehicle information.
- Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns.
- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Prepare accurate estimates for service costs.
- Monitor the service process and frequently update customers.
- Communicate completed services and charges to customers.
- Verify invoices and repair orders.
- Assist the Service Manager as needed.
