About The Position

Jim Click Ford is seeking a motivated, service-oriented individual to join their team as a QL Service Advisor. This role is the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced, high-energy service environment. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and thrive in a quick-moving setting. As a QL Service Advisor, you will greet customers, explain recommended services, and ensure a smooth and efficient visit from check-in to checkout, while helping to drive trust and satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role with consistent daily interaction, offering a supportive team environment with training and clear processes, and the opportunity to grow into a full-Service Advisor role. The position involves working with a trusted, manufacturer-backed brand in a professional, organized service drive focused on efficiency. Requirements

  • Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership systems
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Greet quick-service customers promptly and professionally
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and recommend maintenance services
  • Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate service needs clearly to technicians and customers
  • Monitor service progress and keep customers informed
  • Answer basic questions regarding services, pricing, and timing
  • Ensure a smooth checkout and positive final impression
  • Follow Ford and dealership procedures
