Jim Click Automotive Group is hiring Service Advisors across all Jim Click locations and is looking for driven individuals who want opportunity, stability, and the ability to grow with a respected name in the industry.
Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment
- Comfort learning dealership systems and service processes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre‑employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers and assist them throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Present recommended repairs, maintenance, and pricing clearly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
- Provide vehicle status updates and follow up as needed
- Prepare and finalize repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
