Jim Click Automotive Group is hiring Automotive Sales Representatives across all Jim Click locations and is looking for driven individuals who want opportunity, stability, and the ability to grow with a respected name in the industry.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
- Comfort learning dealership systems and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle‑buying process
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospects and maintain leads
- Conduct test drives and vehicle walk‑arounds
- Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
