Acura of Palm Beach, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join their customer-focused team. Requirements
- 2–3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
- Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanical and technical concepts.
- Computer proficiency.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and team-oriented mindset.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal history background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and professional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, service needs, and recommendations.
- Partner with technicians to identify vehicle issues and present solutions.
- Introduce appropriate maintenance programs tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
