About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at Planet Honda in Tilton, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, salary + commission position and the successful candidate will be an individual contributor who is passionate about customer service. Our dealership is a newer state-of-the-art sales and service facility with top rated customer satisfaction and a phenomenal location. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in computer systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
Responsibilities
- Offer superior customer service to all clients
- Assess customer service requirements and address additional concerns
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate follow-up
- Perform service write ups and document services accordingly
- Track and record customer and repair orders for processing
- Generating sales
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Adhere to company policies
