Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with CDK software or similar dealership management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or customer service training is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the service department in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and manage work orders using CDK software.
- Communicate vehicle repair needs to customers clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with a focus on customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records of service interactions and transactions.
